Hooks G2 hand gun is similar to G1 20128c055.jpg (15892 bytes)

This one is too close to call. I will have to see more examples.

The extra peg mounted on this side is unique to this issue

Note the small peg coming off the left side of the gun. Not on any other variation so far. This is the best give away.

This unit was defective. The head would not unfold completely without breaking.

*Construction Team - Toy provided by Freddie Jimenez. Additional information provided by Napjr.  Purchased 6 or 7 years ago, this Dev knock-off was manufactured in China by  Champion Crown Industries, Inc. and is a direct copy of the Diaclone mold which is why the chest plate and Scavenger have different ways to combine with Hook.  CCI.Inc. was established in 1986 and makes so many knock-offs they should have their own page on on this web. ........Hmmmmmm.

**Engineering - provided by Freddie Jimenez. 2002 Chinese remake. No metal parts. Dark green or blue/purple accessories,  paper stickers, Decepticon logos, fragile, and in this case - defective.  Cost $5.00 to $8.00 for the set in box. Buy two, you'll need the spare parts.
